Scope of the terms
These terms apply to the use of FarmerMatt.com, including online ordering, restaurant information, farm store products, gift cards, and subscriptions. There are no age restrictions for using the website.
Ordering and payment policies
- We accept cash and credit payments.
- Orders are available for customers in the United States only.
- Cancellation policies:
- Restaurant orders may be canceled until the meal is prepared.
- Farm store orders may be canceled at any time for a full refund.
- Catering orders must be canceled at least five (5) days before the scheduled event to receive a refund.
Shipping and pickup policies
- No shipping is available. All orders must be picked up in person.
- Delivery is available at specified times to Lost Towns Brewing.
- Pickup details and hours are listed on the website.
- Unclaimed orders will be returned to stock.
Returns and refunds
- Farm store orders: Refunds for unclaimed orders are available upon request.
- Restaurant orders: Refunds may be given for quality issues at the discretion of Farmer Matt.
- Catering orders: Refunds are available if the order is canceled at least five (5) days before the event.
- Defective products: Farmer Matt will replace any defective products.
Privacy and data collection
- We collect name, email, address, phone number, and payment details.
- Data is stored on the user’s browser unless an account is created and the user opts in.
- Customer data is securely stored and may be used for marketing purposes if the user agrees.
- We do not use cookies.
- Google Analytics is used to track website traffic, but no personal data is collected.
- No customer data is shared with third parties.
Text Messaging
By sending a text message to us, you acknowledge and opt-in to receive a response from an associate. Responses are sent by real people, not automated systems. We do not use auto-dialing or pre-recorded messages for text communications. Your phone number will only be used for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP or CANCEL. For HELP, email hello@farmermatt.com. Message frequency: Once a month. Message types: Customer support only, however, users may receive promotional or marketing messages in addition to customer support.
Intellectual property and content
- All content, images, and branding on FarmerMatt.com are owned by Farmer Matt, LLC.
- Customers are not permitted to reuse any content or images without express written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
- Farmer Matt, LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this website or the consumption of its products.
- This website does not contain third-party links and does not endorse any external services.
User conduct and restrictions
- Fraudulent orders, bot activity, and unauthorized use of content are strictly prohibited.
- Farmer Matt reserves the right to block or terminate a user’s access to the website at its discretion.
